Glenn's final draft was better than his second because he elaborated more on each bullet point in the strengths of the workshop section and in the suggested changes/benefits section. By elaborating more he added good detail that helps him clearly get his points across to his audience. He also added a brief summary of the strengths and mentioned what impact they had at the end of the section. Glenn also did the same after the suggested changes/benefits section, and by adding that sentence it gave a purpose behind implementing the changes.
Chapter 20
Provide all necessary information- the instructions must be able to stand alone.
Be sure to have all necessary information present so that the instructions can be as clear as possible.
