DD5HW2 Proofreading
When proofreading my instructions I checked my grammar to make sure the sentences were spelled correctly, and I used the appropriate wording. For example I deleted a bullet point that did not make complete sense, "it helps the slides vary with images instead of only block text." For style of writing I double checked to see if my words were clear, concise, and fluent. All of my instruction documents consist of bullet points, so punctuation was not an issue. However, I made sure that each document was consistent with the one before it, so that they looked uniform. As for mechanics I made sure that the numerals were expressed correctly when citing my images. For example, "click on the insert button on the top of the screen as seen in figure 2.1.
